Good session. I have done a air source heat course the teachers was good and free coffee and tea all day. I would highly recommend this training center.

I’ve just attended the boiler fault finding course with Gowan. I’ve come away with a lot more knowledge and understanding of boilers and central heating systems.
I went into the course feeling that if I learn 1 thing I’d be happy, Gowan has blown that out of the park.

Booked in for a course, turned up on the day and was told it was cancelled due to sickness. No problem, sickness happens, no big deal.
Since then I've tried to call to rebook and no one calls me back. I've emailed to rebook, no one emails back. I've called to get a refund, no one is available to sort it and no one calls me back. Called to speak to a manager and none are available and guess what... No one calls me back.
So it's now a month further on, they've robbed the full course fee off me, waste hours of my time on hold with no one and I've still not been on the course!

Passed my ACS with Viva, great trainers put me at ease in a relaxed training atmosphere. Roy & Pete are down to earth, helpful and know there stuff. Lindsay was helpful with the paperwork/ portfolio side of the course, which also helped as paperwork isn't my forte.The company they use for placement are also good, made a few new friends and enjoyed the experience with Basi. Would recommend and I will be going back.

I have just done my gas qualifications from viva training center.Trainers are very experienced and knowledgeable. I have learnt a lot from Roy and Pete , they are very helpful. Excellent training centre! I would definitely recommend it and will use it again for further trainings in future. Thanks to all the viva staff and Richard.
