Viv was a great support at one of my lowest points back in 2021 just after the final lockdown periods. She helped me Regain confidence in the gym and cheered me on all the way. Her knowledge, compassion and enthusiasm for her craft is infectious.

Vivian is an amazing personal trainer. I feel more confident in the gym using the equipment and she always has you working hard? Since having PT sessions with her I have felt more motivated and I am finally loosing weight and toning. She has great advice on what meals to cook and I feel more healthy now and determined to carry on.

Vivian is an excellent personal trainer for all abilities. She has great communication and support to offer at all times. Sessions are always on time and and there is no time wasted. She is incredibly knowledgable and helpful with diet to go alongside training. Her biggest attribute, in my opinion, is her positivity and motivation she always has a smile on her face and motivates me to achieve my goals. Thanks Vivian! X

Vivian’s sessions have always been fun and extremely motivational. She encourages you to reach your potential and is always there for support. Viv pushes you as she knows you’re capable of completing the certain workout/exercise which is the kind of encouragement everyone needs. I would really recommend working with Viv as she is fab!

I trained with Vivian for several months in 2017 to get into a better shape for my wedding. Vivian was amazing, pushed me just the right amount, was very knowledgable and creative with the mix of exercises that trained the muscles I wanted, and I managed to achieve great results. Vivian was also very friendly and approachable, easy to talk to and made the training sessions feel fun. Would highly recommend Vivian to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals! ?❤️

Vivian is a top class PT with proven results and experience. Vivian is so motivational and encourages you every step of the way on your journey. Viv personalises the sessions to meet your own expectations and needs. I have recently struggled with knee injuries and Vivian has shown excellent knowledge and understanding around rehab...she has altered sessions to meet my needs and help with my rehabilitation! I would HIGHLY recommend Vivian as a PT, she will work you hard, you will weirdly enjoy it and you will reach your goals!!

Vivian is a superb personal trainer. Professional, goal-orientated and totally supportive of what I am trying to achieve. Her sessions (both f2f and virtual) are well planned and run to time and her communication is excellent. I love her online dance classes too!!

Absolutely amazing! I had a 6 week programme with Vivian, entailing 3 sessions a week. I loved it! Not only is she the kindest PT I’ve ever had, but she’s the most motivating and understanding! Whenever I felt down or tired, she knew how to cheer me up and she did the workouts with me to keep me going! Would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to tone up!
