Voices Unlimited is a unique experience and a life changer. I had no idea what I was getting into, and I absolutely love it! We’re led by an extraordinarily talented MD, who sets the bar high with her fabulous harmonies, and hugely diverse repertoires. I was so nervous when I first joined, now 3 years on, I can’t believe what I’ve achieved. Singing together at gigs we make the most incredible sound, I’ve never experienced anything like it. The energy, the buzz, the goosebumps, the pride in being part of such an amazing choir. I’ve made so many wonderful new friends too. I just can’t recommend VU highly enough.

Joining VU has been the best thing I have done. It has certainly kept me going too throughout lockdown with our MD continuing to offer her time and expertise. To be surrounded by such wonderful people is precious. I joined VU five years ago and can honestly say it's one of the best things I've ever done. We have sung many different styles of music in many different places - ranging from informal gigs at summer fetes through to full blown theatre shows. We learn technique as we go and pride ourselves on being 'authentic'. The feeling of being part of a big 'singing family' is one I cannot recommend too highly.

I've been in VU for over six years now and really love it. The standard is high and professional but also great fun. We cover many musical styles and genres (though not choral) and it gives us all a great opportunity to try out new things. Many of us were nervous on joining but this soon falls away as you get welcomed into this amazing group of people. The music is brilliantly arranged by Ria and there are six parts rather than the more traditional four parts and this really adds to the quality of the sound we produce. It's great to be part of something so good.

VU is a choir like no other, that enables us to sing with joy, fun and a large dose of focused hard work. All worth it! A hugely talented MD arranges all our music with awesome harmonies that stretch and inspire us from musical theatre to WW1 songs, from the 60's to modern, from jazz to folk music. And after all that there is Christmas.....! Come and join us. 🙂

One of the best things I’ve ever done is joining VU some 7 years ago. What makes us different? Our MD Ria. Her amazing arrangements and endless depth of knowledge of voice coaching…..but also a bunch of friendly, welcoming, slightly crazy people from all walks of life who all have the same aim – to sing! Don’t be nervous to join, we were ALL nervous the first time we came and ALL out of our comfort zone. That will soon be replaced with a feeling of belonging and accomplishment!

I joined VU 8 years ago and in that time have had the most amazing experiences including singing in Gloucester Cathedral as the chorus in a professional production of Jesus Christ Superstar, singing in Worcester Cathedral and Worcester's Swan Theatre where we will shortly be performing the choir's 10th Anniversary Show.
We also do lots of informal gigs at fetes and local shows singing different genres including pop, rock and musical theatre, all arranged for us by our MD Ria Keen who gives us a unique sound not found in any other choir.
VU is amazing and is made up of people from all walks of life, who all share a love of singing and having fun. They are a friendly and supportive group and I've made lots of friends over the years.

My wife joined VU before me and on her recommendation I went along to have a listen, Wow!!! It absolutely blew me away and I instantly joined.
Four years later I’m still here and loving it as much as the first time I went along.

Our MD, Ria Keen, creates the most amazing arrangements and has the fantastic ability of being able to bring together a large number of people, who produce the most wonderful sound.
I’ve met so many lovely people over the years and feel proud and privileged to be a part of something so special.
