Finding a great personal trainer can be as tricky as finding a good car mechanic, but Liam has been absolutely fantastic. He’s helped me achieve real results by tailoring fitness to my lifestyle and making it work around my (sometimes chaotic) work schedule. Thanks to his guidance, the gym has become part of my daily routine, and I’ve completely transformed the way I think about food and fitness. I’ve never felt healthier—or more confident.

Beyond his expertise, Liam is personable, engaging, and genuinely invested in his clients, making every session both effective and enjoyable. His explanations are always clear, and he creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions when you're unsure how to complete an exercise —without feeling like an idiot. He’s also a genuinely interesting person, which makes conversations during sessions more enjoyable and tough workouts much more bearable.

Liam is the best PT you could ask for! When he takes you on as a client, he is committed to your development and goes above and beyond to ensure you achieve your goals. He is very good at motivating me and always listens, responding to my particular situations. But most notably, Liam is far more knowledgeable than your average PT. He uses scientific research to inform him and he is driven to always learn more. I asked him many difficult questions and he helped me enormously by finding robust answers, applying it to my particular body amd tailoring my schedule on his self-designed app which is just what you need! I now feel confident in any gym, lifting bars safely and independently with more weight than I would have imagined I could ever lift, and I have access to the tools for self development that really work. I trained with Liam after having a lower back disc injury. He worked with me for 6 months and really improved my strength and most importantly for me, my confidence. As well as providing really fun training programs, he constantly was researching about my injury and looking at new ways we could train without irritating my lower back. Liam is compassionate, hilarious, kind and so good at his job. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks for helping me with my recovery Liam!

I have had a few PTs over the years and been in and out of the gym for decades. Liam is by far the best PT I have had. Not only is his knowledge exceptional, but he tailors each clients needs very well. He provides an app to track your progress and he can see what you do, providing you record you gym sessions accurately. He has a wholistic approach and can monitor your calorie intake, monitor body weight, fat and muscle. He is well worth investing your money in should you be looking for a PT. Highly recommended.

Liam is very helpful, extremely accommodating, so easy to get on with and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions each week! He is also reliable and organised, which makes scheduling the sessions very easy. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it’s all thanks to Liam!

Liam showed me that going to the gym can be not just challenging but can be fun too. Before trying personal training with Liam, I used to go to classes only, because I didn't have motivation to lift the weights alone. Our sessions are well built up, challenging enough, and of course, I feel totally safe using any equipment I've never used before - Liam is knowledgable about anything in the gym, and also can bring scientific proof if needed. And of course, a great company between sets.
If you think about giving the gym a go, but don't know where to start, or just want to get back into it, but don't feel the motivation, Liam can definitely help you!
