Visited here with my sister in law. The Citizens Advice Bureau is here every Tuesday and Thursday (NOT Monday and Thursday as it says on the website). It's clean and tidy and I believe there are various events on most days of the week. There is a cafe but I don't know the opening times.

I have hired an office space at Wake House for 18 months. It has been a fantastic way for me to grow my jewellery making/creative workshop business. Also there is a really lovely, supportive community from a range of businesses and individuals. Fully reccomended.

Wake House is a really lovely place to visit in Bourne Town Centre. the staff are all friendly there.

I have been to several coffee mornings which I have enjoyed as I met some lovely new people and supported some good causes. the last coffee morning was held to raise money for a student to travel to Nepal to study there. It was well run with some great craft stalls where I bought some great presents for my friends. Nice cup of tea too.

Wake House holds some excellent talks too. There was a recent talk about the life of Margaret Beaufort who lived in Bourne.
