Stayed here for a few days on a visit to Deal and was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location - right by the pier on the seafront - could not have been better. It's in easy reach of the station and bus stops, with some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here when I'm next in the area.

Went for Sunday lunch, as always Wonderful, cooked well and hot. Eaten here plenty of times before, whatever you choose it is well presented, with fresh vegetables, lovely roasted potatoes and good gravy. You can also have a good glass of wine or a beer. Will be back.

Had a 3 course Christmas lunch on Monday 10th December. The food was amazing. I had mushrooms for starters, delicious! One friend had the broccoli and stilton soup, another, the prawn cocktail and another had brie wedges with cranberry. Everyone was extremely happy with the starters. I had pork, with all the trimmings, 2 friends had the turkey and another had the salmon, as their main. Again, the main courses were delicious. Roasts were served with mashed, as well as the roast potatoes!
The desserts were lovely, although the base of the cheesecake was a little hard.
Great food. Great service. Lovely ambience.

Sunday lunch was delicious. 3 great courses, very generous portions. Nice selection of food. Service was fantastic and staff were very accommodating, Friendly and helpful.everything was clean and tidy. Didn’t have to wait very long to be served. Will definitely recommend and will be back again!

Had a Xmas meal out with friends this week. There were only 2 parties out,9 of us on one table and 4 on another table. Service not good, food awful, at least 5 of us poorly next day. The 'turkey crown' was a very thin, brown meat that tasted like a cheap frozen meat then reheated, not what was advertised! There was no Xmas atmosphere at all and crackers containing just a hat and a joke, the whole evening was a joke, not impressed at all, would not recommend.

Perfect position, value for money and comfort. Breakfasts were good. Bathroom was bigger than expected but had a problem with the cistern which gave us the sound of running water all night. Views were spectacular. Everything was expected.

Brilliant location and nice friendly staff. Breakfast was good even for us Vegans. Rooms are basic and you do have to share the loo and showers with other rooms but it's a great price for a basic hotel in the center of Deal seafront .

Had a Christmas lunchtime party on the 13th, . Food was fantastic no plastic meat, lots of everything piping hot excellent service, waitress was so welcoming , would definitely recommend to friends.
