I've been to the fitness classes. They are awesome, they change frequently to focus on different areas of the body and to keep challenging you. Don't be fooled, even though the kids are welcome it's definitely a real workout. 100% recommended! I've also completed the 21 day challenge and the 6 week challenge dropping 4 dress sizes in total through them. The support is incredible. I've learnt so much about nutrition and fitness. Charlie is amazing, encouraging and supportive. If your thinking of getting a bit fitter and healthier you need to speak to her.

Really great fitness classes with no need for childcare. My two love joining in or playing and I love being able to get a decent workout in a really supportive, friendly environment. Held in a crossfit style, functional fitness gym, amazing for a whole body workout. Charlie is so welcoming, knowledgeable and makes every class fun. I've also done two of her online nutrition and training programmes which I highly recommend!

I’ve done the mummy to yummy 21 day challenge and the 6 week online body blitz and both were absolutely incredible. I have learnt so much about the food I’m eating and how this impacts on my health and weight and I have gone from doing very little exercise to now exercising every day and absolutely loving it and I’ve also lost a considerable amount of weight too! I go to Charlie’s classes in Grantham and they are brilliant. she is so motivating and being able to take my youngest to classes is a massive bonus. Ive just done my first group PT sessions and loved every minute of them. Charlie offers so much variety that I never get bored and always feel like I’m challenging myself.

I had a beautiful energy healing session today with Charlotte at her new room at Wellness in Grantham! Before she got started, she asked a few questions and spoke about what she does and what I'd like to recieve. She encorporated her intuative energy healing with crystals, aromatherpay, relaxing music and chakra balancing using a pendant. I was guieded by her through the whole process and I felt so relaxed and at ease the whole time. It's had a very clear possitive and calm effect thats stayed with me since, I now feel so much calmer and able to cope with day to day life without getting over stimulated. I'm so glad I went, thank you Charlotte, you've worked wonders Xx

Omg where do I start AMAZING!! I've never been a big exercise person but Charlie helps explain things and demonstrates it in a way that a novice like me understands. Gets muscles aching and working that I didn't even know I had thankyou xx

Absolutely love Charlie’s classes! She makes it really fun, not intimidating and works everyone to their own levels.

Did online program. Lots of videos daily which were really good. And also when I struggled I found I could message her, and would get a reply with help, and encouragement. Would highly recommend.
