The instructor was very strict and shouting to loud rather than being calm and polite but she was very rude a bit and not understanding my problems because I am special needs and have learning difficulties as well and the stables are horrible as well tack room a mess and the stables to small and cramped and the arena to small not bigger enough and not up to my standards for my daughter at all the staff was not understanding her problems at all and the person on the phone was a being a bit rude on the phone about what I will be doing and what horse or pony I will be on
