I started a zoom meeting with Nikita, I ended it quite early as her attitude was awful, she came across as full of her own self importance, quite an unpleasant woman.

staff in Letchworth where absolutely brilliant, however, i was sent all the way to Longford from Letchworth after them getting my placement confused and was ordered to make my way home same night because one of there people said i was hitting white, since i have a "stoner" look about me, forcing me to sleep the streets for the night carrying a huge bag of clothes through Coventry, and had to buy a ticket home with basically no money anyway. and they have not reimbursed my travel there yet I have been written off by them. They will call them selves ethical because they can't be honest. Training is brilliant, services are impeccable, actual human nature within the ethos, made up, cultural marketing. they know what we want to hear, so don't buy into it. my apologies to the great individuals in wesser hq this was not aimed at you guys, you do an amazing job. only human.

Very professional, all the staff are lovely and really easy to talk to. Also work with some really reputable charities. I would highly recommend. They are also one of the few long-standing fundraising agencies left in the UK.
