I recently visited Aspire grow as a work related visit. I was amazed as I had little to no knowledge of the amazing place this is. Poly tunnels, raised beds, cafe, great kitchen and great connection with the community. Definitely needs more recognition. Moira was extremely passionate about their support of adults with additional needs. Definitely a hidden gem.

First time I came here was for my antenatal appointment in 2021. Nowadays, I come here to attend babies play and learn sessions and healthy mums sessions. Both are free and great experience for mums and babies. Partners are welcome to babies play and learn sessions. This is free drop-in session. No booking is needed. But for Healthy Mums, you need to sign up and commit for 12 weeks.

They also run a drop in weight review clinic every Tuesday with play station while waiting or after seeing the midwives.

No face mask needed.

I use this centre weekly for a variety of children's activities. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The cafe is fantastic for lunch or snacks
