Becci is a shining light and more. I have been to a couple of Spinal Energetics group sessions this year, and although extremely emotional, the way Becci holds space for you is incredible. I highly recommend anyone that is holding any sort of trauma, big or small, to choose Becci to support you. Be it an individual session or group, it is life-changing 💫

I first joined Becci’s yoga class nearly 3 years ago and I haven’t missed a block since. It’s difficult to put into words how incredible Becci is. She has so much knowledge, wisdom, passion and a truly beautiful, magickal soul. Through her classes, events and retreats I have met (and continue to meet) the most amazing like-minded women who have become friends for life. I’ve tried so many new things and challenged myself in all sorts of ways. I’ve reconnected with my body and its innate wisdom. I’ve learnt the importance of play whatever your age and had the most fun, laughter and love. If you are feeling called to a class, treatment, event or retreat with Becci but feeling a little nervous, I cannot recommend enough that you go for it. You will be welcomed, held and truly looked after ❤️

I’ve recently received a beautiful healing session of Spinal Energetics with Becci. I didn’t know what exactly the session would entail however, Becci made me feel so comfortable and her after care was nurturing and comforting as I was feeling very ungrounded and relaxed! I am so glad I plucked up the courage and joined one of Becci’s classes. It’s such a welcoming environment, with lots of like minded women. Every class is always so different, as she tailors it to how we are all feeling when we step in to her studio. It’s not just yoga, it’s a magical and empowering community. Becci is so knowledgeable, charismatic and caring. She has been a huge part of my growth over the past couple of years. If you are nervous and not sure, just take the leap and book a class, you won’t be disappointed.
