Charlie is the loveliest person and a fantastic, knowledgeable teacher. I did Pilates a few years ago and had a short break before finding Charlie's class. The setting and studio are beautiful. Her classes are intimate and she gets to know you on a personal level giving you individual feedback so you really get the most out of each session. I now get more out of 1 of Charlie's sessions than I did out of 3 in previous classes! Each session is different and I love using the range of equipment to work different areas of your body in different ways. She is so welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlie's classes ❤️

I have been attending Charlie’s Pilates class for just under a year now. I wasn’t sure if Pilates would be for me as I have been to a few classes and found I was often watching the clock. There is no time for clock watching with Charlie, the classes are fun, the flow is fab and you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I started with once a week and have now increased to twice weekly, which I highly recommend. The group is a great community to be a part of.

I feel enormously fortunate to have been able to get a place on one of Charlie's Pilates classes. It is without a doubt one of the best hours of my week. Since doing pilates I feel my core strength, flexibility and balance have improved. I'm more in tune with my body the benefits of which definitely extend beyond the class.
Charlie is always positive and approachable. She takes a genuine interest in her clients and will always adapt the routine to cater for the individual. Each week the routines are different, so there's no chance of getting bored. I have already got two friends to join and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to others.

I have now been attending Charlie’s Pilates classes for just over a year, and absolutely love them! Charlie is so positive and encouraging, with a bucket load of patience to support everyone individually in developing their technique. The lessons are challenging, but there are always suggestions to adapt exercises where needed to suit individual circumstances. My core strength has noticeably improved, and I find myself thinking about how I should be sitting or standing at various points during the day… I so look forward to my weekly class and would highly recommend Charlie’s classes to everyone, they’re great!

I started Pilates to run alongside my gym training and it makes a big difference! My flexibility, core strength and balance has improved significantly and I feel wonderful at the end of each session
Charlie makes you feel so welcome and comfortable and at the same time is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and supportive to your individual needs.
There are different classes to suit all abilities, I highly recommend trying Pilates as they are so good for you and can really be quite challenging at times!
The retreat is also a beautiful setting for such lovely classes ❤️
I leave each session feeling stretched, relaxed and stronger!
