Been coming on/off got about 5 years now. Awesome gym got all the gear you need & more. Friendly place with great staff with a good gym buzz. & brilliant motivating vibe.

Came here for the first time on Friday - loved it 🙂 staff were incredibly friendly - more than happy to help!! They had everything I was looking for, from a wide range of equipment to a ladies part, a part for boxing with bags and classes. As well as sun beds!! Brilliant place, can’t wait to come back!

In many ways an old school gym, loads of free weights, some good machines too. Now got a bespoke ladies section.
Can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter though, so dress accordingly. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Tried all gyms in local area and alot in UK as I travel and lived away in several places and abroad. Best gym bar none. This is like home to me. Great gym prices and good atmosphere with no idiots. Big up to Mac and the girls.

I gave a not so great review of this place based off a visit last year. I always liked the staff there. But last year there was an issue of missing pins and broken equipment. Gave them another chance today. Glad I did. No equipment issues this time. No missing pins. Several new machines. Had a great workout, and it wasnt crowded. Best gym in the area.
