I started September 2023. So pleased I did. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Sifu Chris is our instructor and a great teacher.
Very patient with us especially me.
Always look forward to sessions.
Highly recommend.
Gives you loads of confidence, fitness and how to look after yourself. Top club.

I have been attending the wing chun classes in Hemel and more and more I look forward to the next class, the people are great, very encouraging and supportive, the Sifu is a really friendly guy, you learn so much from him and the time just flies by which then leaves you hungry for more. The lessons are simple but highly effective, I would recommend this class to anyone with a yearning for martial discipline.

I’ve been attending classes with Sifu Chris for about a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The classes are always varied and well structured. They provide a really good work out every week. You’ll end up using muscles you’ve probably never used before!

Sons were getting bullied in school and school were not able to prevent this from happening on a regular basis.

Found the Wing Chun classes running just round the corner from our home. Sifu Chris and Sifu Scott helped them build their confidence and showed them how to defend themselves. The very next day the bully stopped!! Son was confident enough to defend himself when the bully was trying to push him around again. Bully has not tried it again.

Thank you Sifu Chris and Sifu Scott. Only regret is should have started the classes for the boys sooner.

As a complete beginner I've found it very easy to integrate with the existing group, the Sifu (teacher) is patient, calm and extremely knowledgeable. The sessions are roughly 2 hours long and are very good value for money if you go for 8 sessions a month.
