His masterclass is worth every penny, even when opting to pay for a 121 which is almost 4 times the price of the group session.

My partner and I attended an online two day Masterclass with David. Really enjoyed the course. Day 1 focused on the business side of investing which was really useful. It was also good having a small group where we felt comfortable asking questions and could dig into some specific scenarios. I enjoyed learning from David as it wasn't a sales pitch, he was easy to talk to and really did invest in bringing scenarios to life for us.
My one bit of feedback was I didn't get too much out of day 2 afternoon where we looked at searching for properties. This could be because I'd read his book and started putting some of that into practice before attending the course.

I attended a one on one masterclass with David a few weeks ago.

The information given to me over the two days was noting short of spectacular.

He completely opened my mind to opportunities available within property. Further to that he showed me how to conclude things for myself and how to calculate a good investment Vs. A bad investment.

I have to say without this training I would never have got started with property.

I’ve tried 4 different training providers, David and WiseOwl being the 5th and I can honestly say that he is in a league of his own with how he delivers his material, how confident he has made me feel and the overall quality of his training.

Just like he promised me on the phone before I attended there was no dream selling material and no pushy upselling. Actually when I asked him about his mentorship he advised I went away and digested the material and then set up a call if I am still interested.

I recently attended a “2 Day Property Masterclass” at Wise Owl Property Training Ltd. The course was everything I hoped for and more.

Having read David Tarn’s excellent book “The 1-2-3 On Property Investing”, I had a good idea of the author’s attention to detail, values and professional acumen. This was the reason I chose David over some other property trainers I had been following.

The delivery of the course was superb. David covered a great amount of detail over the 2 days but at the same time allowed for plenty of time for questions and provided great advice on each participants personal situation.

Meeting David in person only enhanced the respect I have for him, his achievements, his instructional ability and his ethical approach to life and business.
