Women in Motion is a fitness club like no other. The teachers are passionate, caring and very knowledgeable about the prenatal and postnatal exercise. The community they've built around Crouch End and Highgate area is a testament of the quality and variety of classes they offer.

I was introduced to Jac and Rhonda (the team behind Women in Motion) by a friend when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I joined their prenatal classes and within weeks I felt strong and healthy. Once I had the baby, I started attending postnatal classes.
I can honestly say that their Pilates class, combined with their postnatal strength classes have given me my old body back. My core feels strong, as does my pelvic floor. I am now running again and unlike my first pregnancy, I have no issues with my pelvic floor or other injuries.

I cannot recommend Women in Motion enough. It's the best gift you will give to yourself before and after you have a baby.

I joined WIM during my pregnancy and would highly recommend it for so many reasons. The classes are fantastic for both prenatal and postnatal women, offering a diverse range of exercises that help keep pregnant women active but also support postnatal women, helping them to restore themselves slowly before ramping up to more intense exercises. Aside from the exercise, Women in Motion is about community. It is a great place to connect with other women which is an added bonus at such a transitional time in life. It's a supportive group both in classes and beyond. Join and you will find you achieve more than fitness. You'll make friends and find a wonderful community of women. Jacqueline and Rhonda are supportive and inspiring, they create such a positive environment and I personally felt very supported as I returned to exercise. Come rain or shine, the classes are on, providing a fun, welcoming, and nourishing space and community for mums and mums-to-be.

Cannot say enough good things. I joined the HIIT class as a new parent new to the Crouch End area, and this has given me a great way to meet other women locally. Now that I'm pregnant with my second I'm in the pre-natal class and it's such a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning and to make friends with other pregnant women! Love the classes, the flexibility of booking and the community. Strong recommend

It's more than a fitness club! Such a lovely community with the trainers and the participants. I joined the pre-natal class, made new friends, had fun and kept in shape while I was pregnant. Now I am looking forward to joining the HIIT class. Highly recommended!

I've been going to the HIIT classes for 3 years which should be a testament to how good they are! The trainers are lovely, friendly and professional and the workouts are great for keeping you in shape. It is a lovely little community here in Crouch End. We socialise outside of classes and even sign ourselves up to do 10ks together!

Katrien is a fantastic trainer, I really enjoyed my workouts though to the end of my pregnancy and after my son was born. Whether the sessions are in the park or online they get you moving, feeling good and strong!

I have been exercicing with women in motion for almost all my pregnancy and it has helped me to stay in shape until the last week and recovering quickly ! It s very nice to train outside and the group is always very nice. I also recommand the core postnatal classes to go back after birth !
