Recently completed Maintenance/cross cutting and then Felling Small Tree courses with WoodLife. Previous very amateur chainsaw user….. Both courses very well run covering not just the required syllabus but also the hints, tips and lessons learnt that only experienced professionals can offer. Both Matt and Adam are passionate about their trade and committed to producing well trained, proficient and safe operators. Training style is relaxed yet thorough. Despite frankly Biblical weather the humour and enthusiasm remained….
Assessors were fair and equally passionate.
Highly recommended.

Had a really excellent experience on the cross cut & maintenance and small tree felling courses. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and his experience as an assessor means he ensured that we were confident on all the key elements before the assessment. Also, he was a good laugh, made everything very relaxed and welcoming and provided biscuits 🙂 Great time all round!

Totally brilliant training that likely has saved me from injuries for many years to come. As an office person I had zero knowledge of chainsaws at the start of the course. I didn't even know how to start one. After two days I can maintain my own chainsaw and confidently handle my new chainsaw for all my farm needs.
