This company does not pay its staff properly, and dismisses staff over failure to meet unrealistic targets without any direct communication or reasoning. Incredibly crude behaviour.

Really disappointed as my daughter was given an apprenticeship and wasn’t told she was on trial. Woodspeen rang her after a week whilst she was at work and told her to get out as she was not successful. She found the experience really embarrassing and this has really knocked her confidence. To make matters worse nobody has contacted her since despite my daughter emailing them requesting feedback. She wasn’t paid for the days that she did at the pharmacy either.

Initially superb with helping my daughter find an interview however nothing since first interview didn't quite work out. Several messages left over a two week period asking for follow up contact but nothing at all. Quite disappointed now after what initially seemed like a great service provider for young people seeking career advice and support.

Very unreliable service, I have been waiting on my exam for over 2 months now, with promises that haven’t been kept, I have sent emails and rang with no response. I need to finish my apprenticeship and no one seems to care, appalling service.

Great place to earn an apprenticeship, I was a learner here for 2 years and earned an IT Advanced Apprenticeship NVQ Level 3. Would highly recommend to school leavers and anyone wanting to earn some extra qualifications.
