I rang up at 0800 this morning, in abit of a panic & needed to very quickly sort out a NVQ course to be able to renew our operatives CSCS card. Anyway long story short Jake was brilliant; very informative & managed to get me sorted very quickly. His colleagues sorting payment & registration were equally as efficient. Would not hesitate in using Workforce Skills Support again in the future.
