I’ve completed 3-months of PT with Hayley and signed up to a further 20 sessions. It’s honestly the best gym experience I’ve ever had! Hayley tailors what we do in every session to ensure I’m making progress and gains, both of which have been significant in just 3 months. Hayley is clearly an expert in this field and while pushing me pretty hard in every session, it’s always enjoyable. At the end of each session Hayley will announce how many PBs I’ve achieved during the session; the minimum has never dipped below 2 or 3, more regularly it’s 6 or more! Hayley’s wisdom and tips around the subjects of fitness and working out have been invaluable too, e.g. how to be patient with your goals, how to fit them into your lifestyle, how to stay motivated…some extra workout plans to do at home..All in all Hayley is a fantastic Personal Trainer, her sessions challenge and are rewarding in equal measure and I’m in a considerably different place than 3 months ago! Great value for money!

Hayley is THE best personal trainer!

Hayley has really helped me in lots of different ways with my training. She has made me really enjoy my sessions at the gym, with the workouts changing on a regular basis and constantly pushing me to new limits. She is always motivational and encouraging, she is approachable and always there if you need help. She inspires me with her physique which I think is what you want from a PT.
