From our first session my son(7) and myself have loved coming here. Very friendly and welcoming to all. All the instructors are very knowledgeable, technical and approachable. I’ve trained in several places and this is by far the best. Training Muay Thai and self defence. For the kids its a great mixture of learning, fitness and fun. Highly recommend.

One of the best parts of my day is attending classes at XDS. Andy, Liam and the team are all really knowledgeable in what they teach, they take an interest in the personal progression of their students, are great motivators, really helpful and friendly. Being able to take your mind off of things and have a laugh, while learning a new skill ( with some added stress relief of smashing some pads) is really beneficial for mental and physical well-being. It's a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it!

Joined in Feb for the women’s only sessions with my sister in law. We have loved it ever since. Al the trainers are brilliant, friendly & really helpful. All the other girls that train are really nice to get on with & can have a good laugh with them all.
Overall everyone is respectful & nobody judges anything on you. I’ve lost weight & don’t find I ache as much, in only a couple month. Gets me out the house to focus on something for myself. I highly recommend if you want something to do is to join!

The folks at XDS really make me feel welcome, the instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure to help you individually, even when the class is busy and when you factor in the amount of classes they put on (including ladies only classes), it's very good value for money. I have tried other Muay Thai gyms in Worksop and if you want a fun and friendly atmosphere whilst still being pushed to get the best out of yourself, then you needn't look elsewhere.
