I have booked a course with them which was 200 miles away from my home. I booked the train tickets and other preparations. Just 2 days before the course start date they told me there is no course available this week and we will book you in for the next week for extra 40£. I told them all of my booking will be wasted who will bear the loss and you still asking extra for next week. I was shocked that still companies exist having no moral and social corporate responsibilities.

Avoid. I booked my first aid course only for it to get cancelled the very next day. It is now eight days after the course was meant to take place and I'm still chasing my refund up. Ive done a few first aid courses in the past work related with no hassles at all. With this company nothing but hassle and each time I call for help I get told the same thing and nothing happens. Save yourself the hassle I've had book with a reputable company! Very unsatisfactory.

HORRIFIC SERVICE! DO NOT USE!

I had driven from Norwich to Cardiff for a 2 day course, turned up at 8am and my name was not on the list.. rung XYZ and she told me, they “text” her that morning saying it was cancelled.. (The course was clearly going ahead) she however quickly rang them whilst I was there and booked me onto the following weeks course whilst I was stood in the office of the training centre!

Requested call backs from management and no response. A days work, £100’s in expenses and no call just a “sorry” and a BLATANT LIE to a customers face.

This company is taking bookings as a 3rd party for courses that don’t even exist. Willing to take my money, get you to set up a profile on their online system and ask you to confirm attendance. Arrived at venue for the coarse to be told that it had never existed on that date. Weeks work lost with no explanation or apology and still awaiting refund. Don’t use this company, just go directly to the trainer.

AVOID!!! Made a booking for IPAF training through the website, paid in full and received booking confirmation. A few days before the course delivery date I received a call from a RUDE woman at XYZ training advising I should pay an extra £50 + vat or they will be cancelling my booking. When I challenged this I was fobbed off and told If I was unhappy its simply my opinion. Likely they didn't have enough people booked on my date and looked to force me off the course to limit their own loss. Seems to be a regular occurrence reading through the reviews. Massively unprofessional business!

Booked a course online, someone rang an hour later to tell me it was cancelled but they'd find me somewhere else and ring back, no one rang me I had to ring them, said they were still trying and they'd ring me back again, which they didn't, this went on for 2 days, me constantly ringing them and them not finding anywhere else, saying everyone was cancelling, I asked for a refund which they did in a couple of days

Just attended my second course with xyz training. The course was really good and the trainer was so nice and answered all my many questions. Highly recommend these guys.
