I had a series of 1:1 sessions with Laura a few months after having my baby to help reconnect with my body & (somewhat rusty) yoga practice. Laura was really encouraging and positive, and tailored the sessions to give me a good level of challenge, development & lovely relaxation at end the end. I especially appreciated the understanding & targeting of the sessions to postpartum recovery. I am encouraged to continue my yoga practice and hope to join some group sessions soon.

I started pregnancy yoga with Laura when I was 14 weeks and it’s become such an important part of my pregnancy journey. I’m now 31 weeks and still doing classes every week. It’s become this wonderful time in my busy schedule where I can create space to slow down and connect with my baby.

Laura is the most welcoming, kind and calming person and has a way of making you feel totally at ease (which is such an important part of yoga so you can be fully present!). I’ve tried yoga a few times before but never managed to stick with it until now and I think it’s all down to her being such a brilliant teacher.

I also really love the pace the classes and that she gives you options depending on your stage of pregnancy or if you have PGP (like I did!) as it makes it accessible for everyone.

I recommend Laura’s classes to everyone I can and I can’t wait to do more of her classes postpartum! Definitely a Yo convert for life!

When I fell pregnant with my second, I was really excited to try pregnancy yoga. Being a beginner I was a little apprehensive to start, but Laura and the lovely community she has created at Yo Mamas made me feel so welcome straight away. The classes are structured such that anyone can participate regardless of experience or stage of pregnancy.

Aside from the physical benefits each week, I really looked forward to the me time each week to ground myself, connect to my body and baby through breath work and movement, and that together with the calming playlist played each week I instantly felt a sense of calm and strength that really helped me through the tough weeks in my pregnancy.

I’m looking forward to starting my baby course and meeting new Mamas through Laura’s network!

When I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to try pregnancy yoga. I came across Yo and loved the idea of joining a community of expectant, new, and experienced mums and a studio that hosted yoga classes from pregnancy through to motherhood.

Laura’s classes were amazing throughout my pregnancy (I started at 6 weeks and went until 37 weeks). Besides the physical and mental benefits, Laura has created such a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space at Yo. Meeting other first-time and experienced mums really helped me during the tricky and sometimes lonely first trimester, and I learned a lot about self-advocacy through others.

I would absolutely recommend Yo to anyone at any stage of their pregnancy, no matter your yoga level. I can’t wait to start my new baby massage course and look forward to meeting more mummas at Yo!

I started going to pregnancy yoga at about 3 months pregnant - I missed going to exercise classes and was looking for something preggo friendly.
These are lovely accessible classes that are suitable whether you’ve done much yoga before or not. It’s also about so much more than the yoga - and I’ve gained so much. The nurturing space and beautiful community of women helped me to connect with my growing baby and with lovely women who would become my friends.
I’ve gone on to attend the baby massage course and then baby yoga throughout my baby’s first year. I 100% recommend them all.

I did Laura’s classes from 16 to 39 weeks with my second baby and it was my favorite hour of the week! I now try to get to her power yoga classes as much as possible. Highly recommend this beautiful soul.

I first met Laura when I signed up to do baby massage. It was my first ever baby class and she was so warm and welcoming putting everyone at ease. I then went on to do baby yoga which I loved. And now the highlight of my week is doing flow & restore on a Tuesday evening in Laura’s studio.
Laura puts so much effort into each class, encouraging you to push yourself a bit more to become stronger each week. I leave class feeling completely relaxed and revived thanks to Laura and of course the wonderful heated eye masks which are such a treat!

I first went to Yo Mamas with my young son for baby yoga. It was such a great set of classes. I've more recently been able to go to a class just for myself and my goodness it was amazing! The perfect mix of a work out and pure relaxation. Laura goes that extra mile and even gave us heated eye masks. What really sets these classes apart is the community Laura creates, as a first time mum it's been such a great experience meeting other mums. Highly recommend!
