I have signed up for the introductory offer and I am so so glad that I did ! The studio is amazing and the people are wonderful. What is even better is that they have great student prices, brilliant for uni students who want to look after their mental and physical health on a budget. I can recommend it for any anxious future yogis. 5 stars hands down. I was so scared that people might be judgmental towards somebody with different abilities and a larger body but everyone was so friendly and zen that I didn’t feel out of place for a second !! The facilities are fantastic with lots of large yoga studios and clean loos and changing rooms. They even have a studio just for aerial yoga which is so unique.

I came to this yoga studio suffering from a bad back (years in hospitality). After two months it had disappeared. After 6 months I felt 10 years younger. I’ve been going 4-5 times per week for a year. Great classes that constantly change and evolve. Plenty of different instructors and styles. The hot yoga classes are game changing for finding that extra length and flexibility. At 42 I’m more flexible than I was as a kid. I feel strong, dropped weight. Better skin.
Before coming I thought yoga was chilled. But the vinyasa classes are dynamic and feel similar in intensity to a HIIT class. Especially in the heat. Bikram classes are equally hard. Pilates is too. There are also more relaxing restorative classes to balance the aching muscles.
It’s a gem of a place to have in the local area.
Thanks team.

This is a bittersweet review. They say you forget the words people say but you never forget how they made you feel.

The classes at yoga lounge are second to none. Truly excellent. I loved the variety, every teacher is attentive and I feel my practise really came on whilst attending yoga lounge.

But I never felt very comfortable there, I continued going because I kind of thought it was in my head and, the classes were so good.

One day, I came in really happy. I arrived at 10:15 - early, I thought for a 10:30 class. I handed my card in for scanning at the desk and the lady practically spat ABSOLUTELY NOT with such venom - I was infact very late for a 10am class and in fairness she must have thought I was being rude assuming I could just walk in. But the way she spoke to me caught me off guard so much, I had to go and cry jn my car. I went back but this confirmed my initial feeling of not fitting in. When the yoga lounge was closed for covid I cancelled my membership. I don't know why I'm writing this review so long after now, but there is a sadness that has stuck with me from several interactions and I hope that it's different now. People often turn to yoga when they have a lot going on in their lives, to look for peace and acceptance, I know this sounds a bit ridiculous but this was my honest take away. I will say, if you are less sensitive than me, the yoga is absolutely second to none.

Incredible session. I’ve practiced yoga for a while but I really connected with Darren’s warm yin class. Darren is a great teacher and his words of wisdom provided a great atmosphere for the class.

The most I’ve ever engaged all of my muscles. A great unified, challenging wholesome practice. Lots of encouragement throughout the class. Really clear as to what I was meant to be engaging and when. A really enjoyable practice. Thank you

They had a weekend of free yoga classes so I decided to try. I signed in to two different classes.
Warm yoga classes are definitely not for me. Too hot, it was hard to breathe and I couldn't concentrate. I recommend this type of yoga to healthy people 🙂
However, Aerial Yoga classes with Niki... Highly recommend.
Niki is an amazing instructor. Informative, attentive, helpful. Great classes, good atmosphere, perfect for beginners and advanced people.
Thank you Niki.?
