Classes are very welcoming. Sian has a huge amount of knowledge and great passion for yoga. Her teaching style is first class. After two years I am surprised and thrilled how much my strength and flexibility has increased, which keeps aches and pains at bay.

Sian is an excellent teacher and makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. She creates a wonderful calm atmosphere in her classes and adapts her teaching to suit all levels. During lockdown Sian has moved her classes online, it has been great to be able to continue yoga under her guidance.

Highly recommend Sian’s Yogafinity Classes. Since joining back in September I have found the classes invaluable helping with mind and body ! As a fitness enthusiast and Personal Trainer, I have been trying to work yoga into my busy fitness schedule for years. I have tried it a few times over the years only to find myself giving up after a couple of classes. Since meeting Sian at Yogafinity, her friendly manner, knowledge and professionalism persuaded me to try one of her classes and I haven't looked back since! I have now been doing Yoga with Sian (more recently online due to COVID-19) for around 6 months and I am even practicing it at home 3 times a week, with the guidance of her online classes. It now forms part of my weekly fitness regime and I wouldn't be without it. Sian's enthusiam is infectious and I am really glad to be practicing yoga with her.
