I've had no luck with the training provider; at first, they failed to offer the team-leading apprenticeship that I was looking for. I then made the decision to begin exploring my options with them, and I discovered that their pay scale was really low and that the interviews they were setting up for me were scheduled weeks after the first time we talked which isn’t the best. I've looked at other nearby training companies, and I have to say, zenith have to be the worst one.

I’m currently in the process of completing my Level 3 in Team Leadership with Zenith.

The overall experience I’ve had has been very positive, I’ve gained additional skills, techniques and processes which have been exercised in my current job role in Management.

My trainer Liz is excellent, throughout the whole journey Liz has used her expertise and wealth of knowledge to mentor me, ultimately allowing me to adapt and grow as an individual for my career ahead.

I’m greatly appreciative of Liz’s efforts to make my experience a special one and believe this shouldn’t go unnoticed.

This has been my first time dealing with Zenith, and I have found this a much more straight forward and clear process then I originally anticipated! The team really did pick up all the background work (in the main) and from sign up to being assigned my tutor, the whole process has been clear and simple, with the team communicating at all times to make sure everything is on track.

My Tutor Liz Stevens has been fantastic, knowledgeable and flexible to my personal circumstances, and has provided sound context before providing work, and after marking it.

Grateful to the team for making this an enjoyable & manageable project 🙂

I have been training with Liz on my Level 3 qualification, the support I have received has been professional, in this current situation we have adapted our learning style to ensure the NVQ was able to continue, and we can work towards the completion date set before covid was even here.
