Just got back from my very first ladies-only glamping trip with Zs Defence Academy and what an amazing experience! The trip was packed with fun activities, zip line, nature walks, yoga, and camp fires, most of which I have never tried before!! Got to meet some amazing women and share life experiences, health advice, careers advice and really got to reflect on ways to empower myself as an individual and as a woman! Zee is a lovely warm person who engages with everyone in the team and gets everybody involved. In terms of professionalism activities and transport were planned and carried out efficiently. Z and her team of volunteers were really helpful, informative and supportive throughout. This whole experience really helped me to step out of my comfort zone and venture out. So pleased I went and can't wait for the next adventure. A massive Thank you to Z and the Team!!!

Just went on a 2-day residential organised by Zs Defence Academy. Everyone had a brilliant time and were very well looked after by Z and the volunteers. Z went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for the group. The hiking was difficult, but Z kept everyone motivated to carry on going until we reached the destination (Bridestones). Z has a wonderful quality in that she genuinely cares about the people around her. She shares her knowledge about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and is an inspiration to us all. Thank you so much Z and volunteers. You are all amazing! I will cherish the memories. I would recommend Zs Defence Academy to everyone. I can't wait to do more activities or another residential.

Professional, friendly and great attention to detail. Amazing first experience of a hike, the support and confidence you gave to us newbie’s who were worried about being pushed too far. I felt unwell before I came and feel revived by this positive experience in just the most beautiful picturesque setting with great company and delicious food. What more can a woman want!
Excellent value for money.
I highly recommend this lady and would trust her to deliver over and above expectations.

The most amazing hike and residential I've ever had. Z and Sham did an excellent job with it all.. Refreshed my mind and made a lot of friends which felt like family, can't wait for the next activities ahead! ❤️

Zee is a brilliant instructor, full of enthusiasm and encouragement. She is very knowledgeable, skilful and inspiring. The classes are a great atmosphere and a good way to meet new people, whilst learning new skills and getting fit. Exercise is so good for you both mentally and physically, having a group to do it with is a good way to keep motivated. I feel much more confident, strong and positive about myself since joining the self defence class. I would definitely recommend getting involved with a class or activity the organisation is running, you will definitely not regret it!

I would like to say something about Zee as a volunteer. She has a very good smile. She is very supportive and encouraging to her clients. I learned all the sessions and had a lot of fun, which she arranged for us. I was impressed with the way she worked. What can i say ! Z is an inspiring committed individual n goes above n beyond to cater for the women she provides services for be it classes or outings n residentials she is always professional yet caring n sincere and provides an invaluable service to women who otherwise would not be able to participate in sports n activities due to financial , cultural and health limitations so thank you z n keep up the good work
