Trained with Kev on the telehandler this week,lovely guy very straight forward and clear in teaching techniques.I walked away feeling confident and well taught in the art of telehandling.?.Couldn't have gone any smoother or asked for a better instructor.cheers again kev thanks for the lessons and I'll be back for that 360 course in future.

The training was very good. Lee the instructor kept it flowing at a good pace with the right mix of information and humour to keep it engaging. Would certainly recommend over some other training courses I have previously been on. (You know who I mean Lee?).

Absolutely useless! Avoid.!

Made a booking at 9:28am 27/2/2023 for an IPAF 3a/3b course for 2nd March 2023, they took payment & booking confirmed. I contracted Citrus Training at 9:37am, spoke to Helen who said email confirmation takes around an hour to come through. At 1:33pm I called Citrus again, spoke to Helen again as I’d still not received an email, she said the lady that deals with them is on lunch. At 2:15pm I used to live chat via there webpage and was told by Liam Smith he’d only just received my booking, some 4 and half hours after I’d made it, paid for it & all courses were now booked up. Told they could search for another date or issue a refund. Asked for a refund.

This was my first time using this company and it will be the last. I do not recommend this company at all. I can not believe the level of incompetence from this company.

AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.
