My experience with the UMGC staff has been beyond excellent. I reached many months ago and to this day I have never had a negative experience with the system and support that is established at RAF Alconbury. Ingrid Baker has been an absolute pleasure to coordinate with. She answers all questions that I have with the upmost speed and clarity. She has continued to go above and beyond in her call to support me as a student. Bobbie Zajkowski and Nicole Bennett have also been extremely supportive and have provided excellent services in my academic journey. Bobbie is my go to person for anything CLEP related and like Ingrid, I have never walked away from a conversation from her with confusion or doubt. Nicole Bennett went above and beyond to help me with answer questions about taking multiple classes a few months back. She held a 30-45 minute zoom call with me and explained everything in perfect detail, providing me with even more information that turned out was absolutely vital to my degree progression and AAR understanding. All in all I am very grateful to the UMGC staff at RAF Alconbury as they have made my college experience stress free and efficient.

Ingrid Baker and the entire UMGC did a fantastic job of ensuring I was successful in completing my master’s program. Their online learning experience was nearly flawless. I highly recommend their hybrid learning experiences. It is the next best thing to meeting in person.

Easy to enroll with helpful staff, and great professors. Ingrid baker walked me through the process and made a life long goal of getting an education easy and attainable. Professor Joyce my bio 101 and 102 professor was patient and easy to reach with a fast response time. If you are looking for a professional and reputable college to attend while serving overseas I can't recommend this one enough!

Chris always offers top tier student support and will absolutely work to resolve any issue you have.
