Signing up with Teacher Active was quick and easy. The consultants efficiently processed all my paperwork right away. I was called into the Agency the same day to meet with friendly consultants, Shaniece, Jack, Heather and Leigh to discuss my preferences, experience and areas I'm able to travel to in the morning. I left the meeting feeling very positive and excited to start working with Teacher Active.

My clearance came through in just over a week. My main consultant, Jack, has done an excellent job finding me regular work at a range of schools and some that I've even worked at before, which is always helpful when adjusting to a new environment. He keeps me updated on available assignments and will call at the end of each day to see how things went. I've also had calls from other consultants at Teacher Active too, so they all work as a great team in trying to find the right type of work for each person.

I haven't come across many agencies that value their teachers as much as Teacher Active does. The entire process has been supportive, smooth and teacher-friendly. Suppy teaching can be demanding at times, but the team at Teacher Active makes it motivating and rewarding. I highly recommend Teacher Active if you're considering supply work. Their dedication to helping teachers succeed makes all the difference.

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been disappointing. After being invited to the Birmingham office and having the role thoroughly explained to me, including the assurance of up to 26 hours of work weekly, I eagerly followed up via email and reached out multiple times over the course of several weeks, I received no response whatsoever from the consultant. I ran into her in the city center, where she once again assured me of a response, yet still remained unresponsive. It's possible that this particular consultant is the issue, but regardless, I highly highly do not recommend TeacherActive.
