The worst experience with a bootcamp. The company leaked personal e-mail addresses of all participants, it then took ID documents with no update on start date- before asking for a call at 9pm on a Friday for a start the following Monday-the most unprofessional and incompetent provider out there.

Dreadful experience, emailed twice including their sister company, left voicemail filled in contact form on their own website and on a Facebook advert over a 2 week period . NOT ONCE DID THEY CONTACT ME.

Even when this young girl picked up the phone, when I called again, she answered in an unprofessional fashion of hello or hi and not including the company name or what her own name was, giving me a poor impression of this company of it is real. I've done formal secretarial and receptionist training and I'm not happy to have given my details to them after this experience. I shall be writing to them to ask that my details are deleted. It seems they are more interested in harvesting personal information then helping me choose a course.

Emma jolley my tutor is an absolute credit to this company she made me feel I could do it even when I didn’t believe in myself having not been in education for a while I was very nervous and unsure I could complete it. With the help of Emma I have now completed my level two and am working towards my level three I believe in myself again. She always answered all my text and calls and helped me through each unit I am very lucky and happy to say Emma jolley is my tutor thankyou Emma 😘

Emma Jolley is absolutely fantastic, so supportive and there when I needed help. Starting my level 2 I was so nervous with having dyslexia but Emma made me feel at ease and I powered through in no time. Once I ran out of work to do Emma was always there and ready to provide me with more assessments to keep me busy. Not only did Emma provide me with my level 2 she also guided me onto other courses to do to build my qualifications. Due to Emma's support I have been able to move up roles within a company and without the boost and guidance I wouldnt of been able to do this. Thank you Emma Jolley⭐

There is great emphasis in improving Quality and not accept mediocrity. There is good access to senior management with an open door policy where ideas are always welcome.
