Miriam has truly magical hands. During my massage today, time stood still in a way that brought me truly into the present moment as my body went into a deep relaxation. Miriam has a wonderful pace that made me feel safe, nurtured and cared for. I just melted into her gentle rhythm and became lost in time. Miriam is very knowledgeable of the fascia and it feels like she can map out every intricate muscle and fibre as she works carefully, releasing all tension. Miriam has a very unique style that truly met my ‘self care’ needs today and I left Unity floating through the rest of the day in bliss.

A few of my colleagues have been raving about the benefits of 'floating', so I decided to have my first ever float session at The Unity Centre. The floatation pool is set inside a lovely building, and the actual float room has been fitted out very nicely. Before floating, I was fully briefed by the friendly staff what to do, so the actual float experience for me was first class. I left the float feeling very relaxed and as soon as lock-down is over I'll be back for more!

I was a little bit apprehensive about having a float session - I need not have been, the experience was very good, peaceful and also made me feel happier at the same time. I definitely felt the benefits of the float, even my hair felt amazing afterwards!
The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or welcoming. I had total privacy during my session.

I always record my sleep score with my fitness watch, my normal nights sleep I’m lucky to hit 45 mins to one hour deep sleep, after my float two and a 1/2 hours of deep sleep. I’ll definitely return.

I had a deep tissue massage with Yolanda at Unity today. It was THE most amazing experience! Having just experienced bereavement, I had been carrying a huge amount of stress in my body. After an hour of massage I felt as if I had been unblocked, and energy had been released, flowing through my body once more. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I felt so looked after and human once again. Thank you SO much, Yolanda!

Beautiful calm centre, lovely feeling, cared for and thoughtfully arranged & wonderfully decorated with healthy plants, candles, seed-of-life design on windows & uplifting sacred-geometry hand created artwork. It's an old building near the centre of Lewes (not far from Waitrose), feels solid & peaceful & welcoming. Healing treatments, classes, courses, events such as Kirtan. Various related items for sale in the foyer. Thank you all the staff for the evident love & care. Blessings all 💕 🙏💖
