I wouldn’t recommend this course at all. Understand it’s an online course that you work through in your own time. However, if you ask for support there is none. I got a call from someone saying yes they would help as a tutor and they never called back on the agreed date. When I emailed I got a response that was a fob off. There is no help around submitting your work and then when you do it seems that there is no information to explain the marking. Instead it is quite misleading in that even when you have reached a sections min pass mark you still don’t actually pass. I find the people on the phone have no customer service skills. In the end I am having to keep going myself and figure things out as I have paid for the course and need my L2. I will NOT be doing L3 or any other courses with this company

Excellent service! Very flexible E-learning around full time employment and the support team are excellent.

Easy to follow course, good structure and help is availible when you need it.

Passed my Level 2 and Level 3 practicals with Chris Walsh who was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Study Active.

Study Active have been fantastic from Day 1. I passed my Level 2 in Gym Instructing way back in 2019, and then with the pandemic, relocating back to Northern Ireland, buying a house and getting married, my Level 3 studying fell to the side. When I was finally able to pick it back up, I had passed the time limit for completion. I called the team and they were so understanding, and even when they didn't need to, they gave me 4 weeks to complete (I only had my practical left) and I passed!! I'm so grateful to them because I'm now able to start down a career path that I've wanted for a long time. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service and very flexible E-learning around full time employment. The support team are brilliant with helping out via email if you have any queries. Extremely easy to follow course with a great structure to it. Passed my Level 2 gym instructor with Ben, made me feel at easy and provided a great experience for me, would highly recommend.

I studied L2 Fitness Instructor course with Study Active. The tutors are amazing! Excellent, friendly support, via phone and email, up until 10 pm. That worked great for me because I would sometimes study in the evenings. They reply to their emails very quickly too. The workshop tutor was friendly, and I enjoyed meeting everyone and getting to know new people. The assessment was fantastic, I passed with flying colours, and overall, a very relaxed atmosphere. Very easy to fit studying around my schedule. I finished the course in over two months. So, overall, very pleased, and can't wait to study L3 Personal Training in the near future!

I have started studying with Study Active back in June for my Level 2 Gym Fitness Instructor Course and I’m pleased to say I passed, the team of instructors on the phone, email and in person are all amazing and fully supportive and helpful, there is so much information within the courses too I really enjoyed studying, no matter what time I called or emailed they got back to me very quickly. I’m currently now studying with them again for my level 3 Personal Trainer Course. I highly recommend their courses you won’t be disappointed.

Study Active were brilliant from the time I enrolled on the course until I finished. James and the team were so good on the practical workshop and it was definitely down to them that I was able to have the confidence to do the practical exam Justine my tutor was there for me every step of the way, giving me advice and supporting me through until the end . They are very professional and are really passionate about what they do. I would definitely recommend Study Active to anyone who is looking at pursuing any fitness qualification. I will definitely go through them to do level 3
