I can't quite believe that my apprenticeship is coming to an end, it has been an absolutely amazing experience and one that has seen me learn a lot about myself throughout the worldwide pandemic. The level 5 Management Apprenticeship has taught me so much and has provided me with a large pool of different skills and knowledge to support me in my role and future development. My tutor Simon and the rest of the team at Hart Learning & Development have been an enormous support throughout the entirety of the Apprenticeship. Simon has been amazing throughout supporting me through every task and every assignment that I have completed, offering his support to ensure my development. I would recommend to Partners looking to further their knowledge and skills to support their career aspirations to complete the Apprenticeship with HART as it has been a great experience.

I signed up for the level 3 team leader apprenticeship in October 2020. I was assigned an amazing tutor LOUISE FOSTER.
Louise was amazing, she was friendly yet professional and ensured i was comfortable with all my course work. She explained everything in full to gauge my full understanding.
I had the security that Louise was always at the end of the phone for me to help and assist when needed.
I passed my apprenticeship with a distinction which i was very shocked and happy with, this is all thanks to my amazing tutor and also with the extensive help from my store manager Jill Elliot.

I you are thinking of doing your apprenticeship then DO IT it teaches you so much more than you think you know and secondly i would recommend choosing LOUISE as your tutor (if you have the option).

I have just completed my Level 5 - Operational Management apprenticeship and I have nothing but praise for my tutor Dan Coombes. The Hart Learning team supported me really well. Its a lot of work but I would highly recommend the course and Hart to any junior managers looking to progress. You may think you are a good, well rounded manager but it's not until you complete this course you realise how much more you can do, particularly around self reflection and awareness.

I have completed my apprenticeship level 5 with Hart, Claire was a great support with her ability to share her knowledge of balancing work life, home life and studying as well as her knowledge of the course and the regular feedback provided allowing me to progress. I have really valued the support and guidance I have received on my Level 5 Leadership & Management Apprenticeship. Everyone I had contact with at Hart were fabulous, offering the right level of support and challenge to enable me to get through the entire program, especially during those times I was lacking in motivation.

I have learnt a huge amount and am glad I have a recognised qualification to demonstrate my commitment.

I'm about to complete my Level 5 apprenticeship with Hart, with the majority delivered throughout the pandemic - a change they managed really well. Everyone I've dealt with at the organisation has been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly - they seem to genuinely want you to get the most out of the learning experience. Most of all my tutor, Dan Coombes, who has been a solid source of knowledge and great at challenging perspective, as well as being incredibly supportive and patient - thanks everyone, and would definitely recommend.

Currently studying a Level Four apprenticeship and I couldn't be happier. My Coach Steve Spargo is fantastic in his role, not only delivering high quality sessions but also in sharing his vast knowledge and experience. Through great communication and interpersonal skills he is able to get me to generate great ideas and examples for my coursework. Always encouraging me to achieve more, I feel he's an asset to Hart Learning and to all of the apprentices in his team. I am confident with him as my coach , I'll achieve my goals for this apprenticeship.
