Worst experience ever considering they are a provider that’s meant to train people to gain a qualification!
I finished my level 2 childcare nearly 3 years ago and till this day I have been trying to chase it up and still have not received my certificates?! When first called several times the guy kept probably “pretending” to get my details down and kept saying “someone will contact me shortly” till eventually they don’t even pick up my calls.
Some people just don’t know how to do their jobs, and it’s the simplest things I’m asking for that I ACHIEVED MYSELF that they find so difficult. I am going to write a formal complaint and send it to someone that will take action for this as I do not know why to do at this stage.

Ps - do not trust this provider for your career path, they will let you down.
