Great place for the kids, really nice guy that works there too, he let us know about the SEN sessions that they do as I've got 2 children with ASD and even asked if they'd be OK that the music was loud. The kids really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave 😄 perfect place if your kids have loads of energy like mine.

We held my daughter's 6th birthday party here yesterday. The venue was great for all ages our youngest guest was 1, oldest was almost a teenager. The staff were great at encouraging kids to try new things and Lizzie worked wonders in the kitchen catering for 20 kids and running the cafe at the same time! There was plenty of food and it was all served hot. Karl who was our host, was professional and friendly from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble! It was maybe on the pricer end for parties but with the variety of activities, help from staff and just general atmosphere I think we got over and above great value for money. Thanks to the team for such a great event!

We held our daughter's 7th Birthday party here.
We had never been so werent sure what to expect.
The staff were very helpful and more than happy to help and teach the kids what to do.
The kids enjoyed the food (and so did the adults as there was plenty).
Every kid seemed to enjoy the variation of activities, especially the parkour, our two are already asking when they can go back.

Booked here for my 14 year old son to use the parkour area in October half term. On arrival I asked if all areas were open, they said yes. After 5 minutes in the parkour area my son was told to go on the trampolines as there wasn't enough staff for them to open all areas. The guy on the desk said 2 staff members were going to be late. The giant airbag in the trampoline wasn't even inflated. 45 minutes into his 1 hour session and still no staff, my son wanted to leave. No apology or refund was offered by the staff. Not what I expect in peak season.

Had my little girls 8th birthday party here tonight. Staff really friendly. Played games with the children made them feel really comfortable.. really cosy party room at the back. All in all brilliant party thankyou

We had a party here Sunday and it was absolutely brilliant!! Was a total of 39 children so was a big party. All the kids had the best time. Staff were fantastic!! Plenty of party food too! We had a child with us who had a nut allergy and the staff dealt with him brilliant. His mum has also said to me that "the staff dealt with my sons allergies brilliant not many places do that" !! Nova city and the staff never let us down when it comes to our kids party's! Thankyou!
