I have 2 children that attend this Dojo and they are great. As well as teaching martial arts they teach respect, discipline and stranger danger. The instructors are knowledgable friendly and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere

Fully inclusive, welcoming training dojo with a range of learning opportunities for all ages; from little champs classes for children from the age of 3 to junior and adult martial arts classes such as kickboxing, karate, kobudo and sword. In addition to the weekly classes, themed seminars are also run throughout the year by the same friendly, professional, knowledegeable and passionate members of staff who really aim to improve each and everyone's skills in a safe, welcoming and respectful environment. I have been training there for over 2 years now and never looked back; my only regret? not finding this gem of a place before then!

Modern Martial Arts is a fantastic, inclusive environment for all ages. I have children ranging from 8 to 19 who train at the dojo regularly and absolutely love the experience.

A family friendly dojo where all ages are welcome. Both myself and my children were made to feel at home from day 1 and we have now been attending this club for over 4 years with no regrets. Doesn't matter what your fitness levels are like, all are made welcome.
Modern Martial Arts gives you the opportunity to learn karate (Wado Ryu), Ancient weapons and kickboxing. Sensei's have a mass of knowledge and experience much of which has been brought back from Okinawa (Japan). All this knowledge is passed down to their students in classes. There is the opportunity to compete in world wide competitions and you can attend as many classes as you please depending on the package you chose. Prices are very reasonable. If it's learning a new Art, or improving fitness, I promise you'll not be disappointed.
