I joined Refrm back in November and it is the best thing I have done. I really dislike going to the gym but really wanted to do some exercise so tried Reformer Pilates and I love it! I like that no two classes are the same, there is always a new exercise to learn so it keeps things really interesting. The teachers are all really good and all bring something different. I would recommend Refrm to everyone.

The most beautiful, tranquil reformer Pilates studio ever! I love everything about it! 😍 The instructors are brilliant!! They offer a range of sessions for all abilities. They work you hard, but it’s fun - trying new things every session! I have really noticed a difference in my core strength since joining Refrm. It’s honestly the highlight of my week, I love my Refrm sessions and the spicy ginger shot is an added bonus! 😋

Amazing reformer Pilates studio! All instructors are so lovely and happy to adapt each move to your skill level and accommodate any injuries. I’ve never been able to stick to a gym routine but love this class and look forward to waking up for it every week!

I went to my first Reform Pilates yesterday and I really enjoyed it. Dawn was the instructor and she made me feel welcome and comfortable and was a very good instructor, explained everything so well. Highly recommend.

I love these classes. I started more than a year ago, and i can feel the difference it made with my strength. I am 71 year old but I can do most of the exercises due to fantastic instructor, Dawn. I highly recommend everybody who cares about physical strength for longer healthy life.

I absolutely love the classes at Refrm Pilates! Both Emma and Declan are incredibly passionate about what they do, and it really shines through in the care and attention they bring to every session. From the thoughtful setup of the studio to the supportive atmosphere, it’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Attended a free taster session and signed up for more classes straight after! The team are super lovely, especially our instructor Charlotte - she made me feel really at ease especially as someone who has never tried reformer Pilates before. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

I've been coming to these classes for just over a year and I absolutely love them (despite being someone who usually gives up on classes really quickly). I feel (and look) stronger and have fewer aches and pains. The instructors are lovely as well. Would highly recommend this studio!
