This place shouldn't be allowed to deal with vulnerable people. I used to go here after being referred by my doctor. Long story short I reported a member of staff (3 years ago) for taking my personal details off the system to privately contact me, who used my mental health against me and manipulated me and then he started harassing me after I eventually said no more. Nothing was done by management even though I had solid proof, still have it. I was laughed at then ignored and had no support to help me get through a difficult time because of that member of staff. He finally resigned but was not fired. Now I find out the owner called me 'mentally unstable' from a very reliable source. I also know first hand that the owner bad mouths other clients behind their backs as he has said stuff to me personally regarding other clients, complaining about their behaviour etc. I would strongly advise not using this place. I took court action against them and the member of staff and RFH couldn't even be bothered to attend the hearing. That's how little they care about their clients. They just want money and it doesn't matter to them how they get it even if it means destroying a clients life.

great place, fabulous staff, get along great with wadge and dan. friendly members, it’s set out great and very accessible. you can tell they genuinely care and are well trained. highly recommend

Been going since the end of 2023 to Pulmonary Rehabilitation, then Jan 2024 on a new project doing Cardio and Circuit Training, Amazing Place and Amazing Staff, such a lovely and friendly place, would definitely recommend it, 💪🏻💙

I absolutely love Reach for Health and l am so pleased my GP referred me. The staff are amazing, so kind, helpful and very friendly and the whole set-up is fantastic. They have really helped my spinal problem and l can honestly say this is the best thing l have ever done! A huge thank you to all the staff especially Dan the physiotherapist, you have no
idea how much you have helped with not only my pain but my overall well-being. Having been told by my spinal surgeon l
would have to live with this pain, Dan you Iistened to me, understood my
concerns and reassured me you that would do all you could to help. You have made a huge difference already! Thank you!

A friendly gym with nice people.
Mainly for the disabled although all are welcome.
You may have to wait for a machine at busy periods but hey there's always something else to do.
The staff are all ok. And very helpful.

I have as a 71 year old found this place very helpful the staff are friendly and supportive l would recommend it to anyone who would like to keep on top of their health. After just a few sessions you will notice the difference
It gets 5 stars from me.
