FAY look after all our needs at work maintaining our first aid kits, so it made sense to use FAY when it came round to renew the training for our first aiders. I have to say that Charlie delivered the best first aid course I have every been on, it was very informative and interaction between first aid and industry related situations was Brillant. The training facility and lunch at Rawdon Golf Club was excellent…would highly recommend them.

We have FAY come to our place of work to look after our first aid requirements and recently booked them to run a first aid course for some employees. The came to us, which in itself is a massive help. Charlie ran the course, and was a pleasure to host. He was informative and engaging. The difference in him to previous first aid trainers I've had is huge. His passion for what he does shines through and it makes all the difference. As a business we use F.A.Y for all replenishments for our first aid consumables. Nicola is such a bubbly character and really helpful in supporting the needs of our business. The Fire Marshall Training and the First aid course ran by Charlie is a joy. I have done numerous First aid Courses which can be mundane but Charlie really brings a fun factor to it whilst learning and over the 2 day course it is really enjoyable.
Keep up the good work both Nicola and Charlie as we do genuinely appreciate the support we receive for you.

Charlie was a wonderful Tutor. He was kind enough to bring in a box of chocolates and sweets each day which I thought was a really nice touch. We got the opportunity to ask questions which were all answered in a way that made it easy to understand. Thanks a lot Charlie. I would highly recommend this company

The course provider/Tutor Charlie was brilliant. Facilities provided were fantastic. Meals were offered at midday breaks and snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Haven't had as an informative first aid course since becoming a first aider for work.

Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to gain certification.

Amazing informed course with both practical and knowledge based learning in the session which provides for all type of learners. Charlie is spot on and makes you feel very welcoming and comfortable throughout the course definitely would recommend if looking to take such courses 😀 10/10
