Amazing selection of classes. High quality. One of the biggest and best gyms I've seen. I find having to use an app annoying but I'm mostly able to get by avoiding it. Overall, great experience !

Genuinely think this is the best gym in Northampton, more equipmenet than any other gym, don't have to wait for equipment in busy hours, friendly people and great if you want to try out the martial arts.

Excellent gym, a full range of hammer strength machines, squat racks and boxing equipment. You're able to have a stress free workout any day anytime without having to wait on equipment or tyrn up to a packed gym on weekday evenings.
