It's nice local gym and swimming pool. Easy to acces with reasonable size car park. Friendly staff and fairly clean. Membership price is average but in theory it covers pool, gym and even cinema in other branch. Only downside is early closing time across a week and weekends.

This summer in August I started to go with my son for swimming lessons with monthly membership. In October they started to call me with one hour before the lessons starting and cancelled it. It happens 7 times in a row. Actually he didn’t go for swimming about 2 months but they still charge the money from your account. Reasons was always that they short of staff or instructors are sick.
My question is why they still make contracts for people?
Very rude and unhelpful staff. They don’t give you any informations about anything. They ask you to call customer services all the time. When you call the customer services they says to email them. This is crazy. I was so angry about this pool.

Quite disappointed we went today Thursday 27th February and the pool was so cold we ended up getting out after 20minutes my childs teeth were chattering and there was a few other children doing the same its a massive shame as this used to be a nice warm pool i don't think I'll return again if the pool temperature is that cold my daughter was shivering and the small disabled toilet in the changing area smelt funky then the other disabled toilet was out of action with a dirty used plaster was on the floor.

Thank you so much to Emily and James for their hard work and support with my son’s 7th party here today! We had a disco party and Emily was our host she was fab with the kids and the games kept them entertained the music was brilliant even the adults were having a little dance, would defo recommend I was running late so they helped set up and made sure everything ran smoothly! All the kids went home happy and my son had the best time James was great from booking the party up until the end friendly staff throughout and and all round great facility! Also really good value for money! Worth every penny! Thank you all again for today 😊

Great for kids still,just no provision for parents,coffee shop only open at 4pm in the school holidays? Shame really as there are other pools that have more extra facilities for after or for the non swimmers there

The entrance is kind and infront is the changing village but the hair dryers need help but still good. I love the toilets and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is big with deep and shallow areas.ans I love the flume ride which is clean

This was the most futuristic building in the world when I was a kid, but it looks a bit dated now. However, the facilities are fine, but the car park can be crowded if there are special events on.

The pool is in need of serious modernisation or better yet, knocking down. It's dirty in and around the changing rooms and the pool is freezing. We had to leave after 15 minutes as my daughters lips were blue. The water play area doesn't work properly. The cafe is never open. Not an enjoyable experience and I wouldn't return. If you want to take your children swimming avoid this place at all costs.
