This was such a brilliant course, our trainer Dan was amazing at putting us all at ease, making us feel welcome, remembering names etc, and the training itself was delivered in a very professional and sensitive way. As a teacher myself, I was impressed with the variety of teaching techniques and how Dan got us to explore and work things out for ourselves, rather than just telling us the information - much more memorable!

This was the fourth Emergency First Aid at Work course I have been on, and it was by far the best as it provided a much more holistic approach to providing emergency care. I feel I have a much deeper and wider understanding now, which will be easier to retain and put into practice than simply learning mnemonics or procedures. I highly recommend The Bridge and Nikki!

Emma was absolutely amazing for our paediatric training course. She took everyone’s personal needs into account, she had us all chatting and enjoying the session. EFAW course completed 08.09.2024 with Nikki.
An essential course for anyone who wants to gain confidence to help others with First Aid.
The six hour course is intense with lots of information to take in.
Nikki kept it light, explaining clearly and using scenarios to help with our understanding of every topic.
This is well worth completing and I would highly recommend Bridge First Aid Ltd.

I found the Emergency First Aid at Work L3 (VTQ) to be an excellent course for learning some very basic first aid skills to a level likely to be useful in many situations encountered in the home and in the community in daily life. The course content was very hands-on and practical and the course was presented in a very professional manner.
