Looking at the reviews I can’t believe how many people were fobbed off by Tracy regarding reports to support their child and I am one of them. My son was there for 2 years and I asked more than 5 times in his first year for a report to support his SEND referral and till today I got nothing!! The nursery was more closed than it was open and the message we would get was always “nursery is closed for funded children but still open for private children”. Best thing I did was register my boy at Garretts Green Nursery School everyone speaks highly of this school - AVOID TOYBOX AT ALL COST

Worst nursery ever. Feel so sorry for my children for even putting them in there in the first place. Still waiting 2 years down the line for a refund from photos taken of my children. 9 months waiting for my sons Sen paperwork to help with school. Begged and begged Tracey. And guess what still no paperwork. Come out shouting and raving at my partner infront of my child. She also threatened to call the police on my partner who just stated he would wait on the doorstep for my son's paperwork. Disgusting & unprofessional. Would never recommend sending your children here let alone your SEN ones.
If you can't do your job properly leave and stop failing children.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS GO INTO THAT NURSERY !!!!!!!!The staff is rude and the Manager Tracey shout the door on my face! After asking how my AUTISTIC daughter was doing . Why she doesn't receive the support she needs ! I been waiting 9 months for her to apply for a SEND plan which she did not give it to me. And she threatened me to end the contract with my daughter after she scratch a little boy at the nursery (it was an accident) healthy kids do so ! And all the time accused me that i am rude with the staff . That is incompetent!!Never and neither my daughter wouldn't want to go there. Thank you Tracey for nothing I already informed ofsted of your 'PROFESSIONALISM'

0 Star - The Owner only cares about money being generated. Tracey is ALWAYS in a meeting when you need her, & she’s rude. This place is more closed than open - when half term are due they give you double the holidays - my child was sick for a month+ they never called or asked what happen when he got back - my child has come home with his back bruised, looked like he fell and they never knew about it or just didn’t think it was important to mention it, they said they will check the cctv nothing come back (If I find the photo I’ll upload it) - good luck getting a report on how your child is doing - still waiting 11 months - lately there has been police at nursery don’t know why - Aslong as Tracey is still managing this place it ain’t getting any better. Check the recent Ofsted report for yourself, I ain’t benefiting in any of this if you think I’m lying.

Wonderful nursery, highly recommend it. The management and all the staff are so lovely. My daughter settled fairly quickly to my surprise and runs into nursery in the morning and doesn't look back 😂. She looks forward to nursery and even cries to go in on her days off!! Thank you to all at Toybox for your hard work especially Tracey, Kinza and Tasha ❤

Wow what a nursery !. My son has developed in leaps and bounds since he joined the nursery . Tracey and the girls are amazing !. The place is buzzing with happy kids and happy staff. They have an amazing abundance of resources . Outside Forest School is truly amazing . I note they have a mud kitchen with taps and water where children wash their cutlery . Secret garden is also amazing . A chicken house sits at the back of the forest area and in the summer they have hens which lay fresh eggs !. Interactive white boards are used in the rooms and the nursery also employs a teacher . Got to be one of the best nurseries in Birmingham. Well done Tracey and the team keep up the great work !

thank god my child was only there for 2 hours 1 hour each day to see how she was there. i told the staff that she is going to need to get changed in 20 min max. when i picked her up they said she had a really bad leak and all her clothes was full socked got her home and the could not be bothered to put her nappy on the right way.

We are very pleased to have selected Toybox Day nursery for our son. As new parents, we were nervous about putting him in care, however our worries were soon put to rest! Tracy is an incredible manager, very warm, loving and fun. My son has really grown and developed under Tracy’s care, he has really thrived and developed in Toybox. The nursery is an outstanding centre of excellence .
