Gym is often dirty, no cleaning equipment provided to members to clean up after themselves. It is full of people with no etiquette to put the weights back after themselves. The roof leaks in multiple places. I was pressured to leave a 5 star good review of the gym by the staff in the help room. The dumbbells are never organised properly. Plenty of ego lifters using unnecessary amount of weight. I found a plate underneath the freestanding pull up bar, throwing off the angle because the floor was bent (incredibly unsafe). Some of the machines are out of alignment meaning your form will always slightly be off . The gym does have a wide selection equipment to use so you can get a workout in as long as you are willing to tolerate the rest of the issues the gym has.

In the reply it doesn't state how they intend on fixing anything other than saying they will do it. So far that just seems to be false promises in an attempt to keep their reviews high or paint themselves in a good light.

If you live in the area and can drive there are plenty of better gyms nearby. Even the Sheldon gym group is cleaner, better organised, better vibe, never noticed much issues with the equipment and never felt like I had to tolerate anything during my training session.

This gym honestly feels like my escape from all the chaos going on in life. I absolutely love it here!! The vibe is always on point, and the trainers? Super cool, supportive, and always there for everyone no matter what level you're at. Even when I miss a day, I feel so guilty because this space has influenced me so much—from the awesome ambiance to the people that make it feel like a second home. Can’t imagine not having this place now!

Top gym! I cant fault it. Good environment, judgement free, always clean and tidy. Members are respectful and chilled.. The staff are very friendly and approachable and are willing to help when you need them. Thanks guys for another great session 😊👍🏽

Ok gym not the best but also not the worse. Staff are good. Classes are good when there is less talking and more training. Pts are good especially kam and dani for their classes. Generally the weights are all scattered on the floor, people not putting their weights back and causing hazards.

Friendly staff and they’re always working hard to keep the gym clean and tidy. Never any issues!

This is a friendly and clean tidy gym. People here are friendly especially the staff. One person who stood today session was kam. He came over and he asked what I was here for and he gave me some really useful tips and said if I ever need anything just go and ask him.
