First time at IMA to watch an event and I was not disappointed. I had two of my friends competing (against each other nonetheless) and was blown away by both of their performances. Every fight on the card never had a full moment.

The staff were warm and welcoming and it is apparent to see that everyone is there to support one another.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn MMA or those who are looking to progress, to join IMA.

First time at IMA yesterday! I’m new to BJJ and was quite nervous going in, but that didn’t last long. It was such a friendly environment where everyone was really kind, helpful and put me at ease, especially Coach Has who made sure I was doing okay throughout the sessions. His teaching style was also brilliant, clear and full of detail which really helped someone like me whose knowledge is pretty limited! Facilities were clean which is also a massive plus. Thanks for having me down, really enjoyed it!

My Daughter loves the Ninja classes here! They are so professional and the team are so friendly. I would highly recommend parents to bring there kids here its the best place to train. The place is so clean lovely area to wait while kids train and grab a coffee and brownie from next door too. Thankyou IMA

Great place to train at. Been there a few times now everyone there is so welcoming. Great coaches like Liam Josh Steve and if you do have any problems Julia is there to save the day. If you are looking to go a new gym and our near the Leeds area you won’t be disappointed at ima. A

IMA is fantastic! The coaching I've recieved from Liam, Josh and Stevie has been first class.
IMA has a really friendly atmosphere and if you're interested in coming in for a BJJ or MMA class you'll be welcomed and made to feel like part of the team.
I've not tried MMA personally, but the fact that the coaching staff have fought professionally or worked in top tier promotions like UFC or Bellator speaks volumes.
If you're looking for a place to train in the Leeds area, this is the one.

Unbelievable gym with great coaches, teammates and facilities (showers, ice bath, sauna, mma cage, huge mat space, heavy bags). I’ve been at IMA since September 2023, had 8 MMA fights in that time and won 7 of them.

A superb MMA/BJJ gym with first-rate facilities. Most importantly, the friendliest atmosphere I have encountered in sampling different BJJ gyms. Highly recommended, especially if you are a beginner who might be a bit nervous about starting out! The trainers and members are all really friendly and welcoming, and the classes are first-class.
