Took the joy out of gymnastics for our son. He loved gymnastics at his previous setting, won medals and volunteered to act as a demonstrator for younger children, as he wanted to share his love of the sport. At Leeds Gym he became very bored, we received no feedback at all and coaches seemed to change regularly. When we were advised by a stand in coach that another child was bullying him, she assured us that someone woud be in touch to advise on what action they were taking. Nothing happened.

When we reached out, we were advised that they had a long waiting list so if we weren't happy, they would allow us to cancel without giving the month's notice. The manager was copied in to the email but didn't bother to contact us, which speaks volumes. On top of that, we weren't able to cancel the subscription ourselves, which contravenes the Digital Markets Competition and Consumer 2024.

What we are most disappointed at is the lack of care and the fact that they have taken the joy out of the sport for our child. It has made us really sad.

I am compelled to express my deep and profound dissatisfaction with your organisation's services. Your blatant focus on profiteering is exceedingly glaring and leaves a great deal to be desired.

Your appointed coaches? Rubbish. They seem to be more inept than capable. Their supposed expertise, to put it bluntly, is pure bollocks.

Moreover, the hidden charges incurred upon contract cessation are bloody unreasonable. I am not averse to fees during termination, but this goes beyond the pale. It's bloody daylight robbery.

In conclusion, I would never entertain the thought of entrusting my loved ones in your hands, not even my dog. You epitomise a service I'd like to avoid.

Multiple changes of coach, repetitive teaching, 15 minutes per hour doing something, in one session the coach wasn’t even present for 30 minutes, then when you leave for the poor service, all they want is your exit fee. Really poor

The staff are uninterested and unapproachable. The lessons are over crowded and they do the same things each week. My child found it boring so wanted to leave, I got stung with a heavy bill from the club for leaving. The only good thing about this club is its round the corner from tesco so I could do my shopping while I waited for her.

This club offers Tue & Thu evening adult class. The coaches are very professional and supportive. Moreover, their equipment is new and clean. I strongly recommend people to come down and do class here .

My girls were giving the classes a go (age 6) one of my girls was very anxious about doing the class. The team welcomed and looked after her and encouraged her to join in. Thanks to Martha, Becky and in particular Louise (reception) who took my girl under her wing, did a few one on one exercises with her and warmed her into the group. Very kind. Thank you!

Amazing coaches. Especially Charlotte, Ryan, Olli and Loraya. Great classes. Both children enjoy it every week. They have organised fab Zoom classes for kids to be able to maintain their flexibility during pandemic.

Why anyone would rate this place other than 5* baffles me. Fantastic service right from a phone call, to reception and to my first session this Tuesday eve. Consistently brilliant with top notch facilities, fabulous spacious areas catering for all your needs. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which was reassuring to me been a new member at the club. The other class members were of complete mixed abilities which was also great with everyone been supportive and happy to be doing gymnastics and learning along the way. The coaches were very professional with a keen eye to where you need to improve which was great because it meant I was able to show signs of progression in my first session due to their close eye and very good advice as well as patience. wether you want to blend with the others and follow group exercises, go off and work on self goals or push for more advice in specific areas the coaches were happy to help and keep a safe but productive and fun environment. After having a bad experience with my local club due to no communication, willingness to help and general absense of organissation, Leeds gymnastics was a breath of fresh air and has filled me with positivity into starting my venture doing gymnastics. Thanks again and can't wait to attend the next class on thursday.
