A really nice experience as a computer and gaming nerd.

Very quiet, we went about midday on Wednesday and we were the only people in there except employees (and one person who I couldn't tell if they was a visitor or staff). We spent about an hour there.

A touch small but it really shines though in the interactivity of the museum. EVERYTHING is open for you to play around on (unless it's behind glass). I didn't interact with a lot because some of the CRTs were flickering quite badly, causing eye strain, but still had a good time.

A decent section dedicated to gaming and arcades, with some really nicely restored arcade cabinets. Though there was no mention of arcade consoles (NeoGeo, Naomi, Chihiro, etc.) Thought that was a bit strange considering their prominence in gaming and arcades. Though it could be an issue if space and public interest.

Overall just a nice place to spend an hour or two even if you have a cursory interest in computing. Worth supporting!

A must for computer history lovers. A bit out of town but a nice walk into the centre of Cambridge from here. Lots of old machines lovingly maintained for you to have a go on (if you can work out how!).

Good place to visit,it was alright for a Sunday. Not so busy . The downside is that you need to pay to enter. There is parking on site,so don't hesitate if you like computers and old arcades this is yours place! Have fun.

Really enjoyed this small museum. A huge amount of kit to be reacquainted with, some amazingly researched stories which uncover how so much of the technology we take for granted came about. Really appreciated the “herstory” articles and, having had one when I was a kid and they were launched…an Intellivision!

Tucked away on an industrial estate this is a decent museum for nerds & computing casuals alike. Very hands on too, lots of old machines to play on. Only complaint was that we visited on a warm day but there were no fans or any air conditioning so we suffered a bit & cut our stay short.

Highly recommended for a perusal as an adult to get a blast from one's own childhood. It'd be great to take older kids to as well, as almost everything is fully functional and usable. You can show your kids how to play Sonic or Mario.

I am so glad that places like this exist. All of the computers and computing tech through my childhood to adulthood all lovely preserved (and functional) are here. Many devices I had heard of, read about but never seen before are here. Absolutely loved my time there.

An amazing experience! After seeing the centre in various Tom Scott videos, I had to come see it for myself.

There's plenty of older machines and consoles to try out, but much more impressive is the large museum area. It's somewhat hidden down a corridor but actually makes up most of the space, and features an excellent combination of information and interactivity.

As a programmer I really appreciated the new light I saw some things in, and my non technical partner enjoyed it at least as much as I did! Definitely worth a visit at any age.
