Soul Sunday mini retreat was superb. I have knee injury and Christie gave me alternatives and kept a watchful eye on me. The breath work was incredible and a lovely lunch from Hayley. Thank you.

Joined a class at the Yoga Den whilst on holiday in Morpeth. Christie and the class were very welcoming. Great facilities and teaching. Would thoroughly recommend ?

Cannot recommend the Yoga Den enough.
Myself and my hubby started going before lockdown and Christie the owner has become a very lovely friend of ours.
Her personality is so warm and she is VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga.
You can really tell this is what was 'meant to be' for her in life.
The Den has a really nice feel to it, especially when you are doing the Restorative yoga on a cold dark night! So warm and cosy with all the fairy lights and candles.
Please go along and support this lovely business, there are lots of fab classes to choose from whether you are a complete beginner or a fully fledged yogi!

With well informed instruction, tailored to your abilities and needs, you'll come away feeling both relaxed and confident to continue. I'd recommend anyone to give it a try and be your own judge.

A lovely relaxing environment for yoga. What I particularly liked about the Yoga Den was the beginners class which introduced me to all different styles of Yoga which enabled me to choose the classes I wanted to attend. My flexibility has improved massively. Christie is friendly, professional and always has a lovely smile.

Christie is welcoming, supportive and understanding. She provides a wide range of classes, taught by a fantastic team.
