I have been a member of his gym for many years but sadly I'm now seeking a new gym.

Over the past year the service, cleanliness and gym equipment has been declining. Now there are hardly ever any staff in the gym. Gym equipment is never where it should be and the gym is a health and safety nightmare.

The cost of the membership has gone up but the standards and staffing has gone down. Other members are saying the same and you often hear members complaining too. The cardio equipment either clicks, bangs or doesn't work as it should. It's rare if you can find a machine that can tell you your heart rate mid work out.

If you need assistance, you usually have to speak to another member as the staff are literally non existent or they're hiding.

There's an old lady that works there on a Saturday and she'd rather spend the time flirting with members than actually being helpful. It's such a shame as it was once a nice gym.

Recently celebrated by daughters birthday at stechford. We had the whole sports hall to ourselves with a bouncy castle/slide, football goals, table tennis, badminton and soft play for the little ones. My daughter was so happy that she could have your own music connected. The staff were great. Very helpful. Very easy to book! Suitable for all ages as we had children from age 4 - 12.

I’ve been coming to Stechford leisure centre for over two years now, and without a doubt a brilliant well kept centre. I’ve been attending classes run by Mandy, Lloyd, Lucy and Kyle. All fantastic instructors and make every visit well worth it. Lloyd and Lee are also extremely helpful, making Stechford leisure centre a comfortable environment. In regards to reception, I must say Sabah is always on top of things. Any issues that I’ve faced she’s been able to deal with quickly and efficiently. You really notice the difference when Saba isn’t around—she just has a way of keeping everything running smoothly and making the place feel welcoming. Huge thanks to all of you for the great work you do!

I booked Aqua challenge for my daughter last Saturday, I came in and was told that the Aqua run was not working my daughter was left disappointed we got a refund and left. Then I booked the same for Bank holiday Monday hoping it should be ok, I came in and the reception staff said this time somebody called in sick they broke there wrist etc, therefore they could not do it this seems like excuses to me.The reception staff are not really apologetic about it and just say they have the floats etc, it's not the same considering my daughter has regular lessons here I am disappointed with this service. They also never answer the phone next time I will not book online.

It's a good leisure Center but the car park is way to small, there are people parking on the zebra crossing the double yellow lines and double parking because there is nowhere else to park!

Not sure if the land to the left is allocated for something else but if not the cat park should be extended because we pay enough per month to pay for it , to be honest the car park should have been made bigger to begin with .

The gym needs a bit of an upgrade with some new machines as well but the most importantly thing is that parking .

I'm calling the reception and no one answers. To get membership they are super fast, they also do it to you at the same reception. But when you want to cancel the membership... you have to call a number and it's super slow. On top of that, you have to let them know 2 months before. For example, if at the beginning of February I decide not to continue in the gym anymore... well, you have to pay for February (logical because it has already been used) but you also have to pay for March.. Why do I have to pay for the month of March if I'm not going to use it?
